The Process
Preconstruction Meeting - This meeting is designed to get a complete understanding of the project. Communication is essential in the construction process, so it is imperative to get on the same page early. At this meeting we will discuss key features of your new home as well as must have items. During this time, we will also create a timeline of important milestones of the construction process.
Building Phase - This phase is the most exciting as your dreams become a reality. During this phase we will have several onsite meetings to discuss certain features within the project to give clients a true custom home. This can be as hands on or hands off as our client prefers. Our goal is to keep the clients at the center and make sure no detail is overlooked.
Post Construction - At this stage your home project has been completed and a final walk through will be done. This is when clients can review the project and changes to be made. This doesn’t mean our relationship is over, we encourage clients to call with questions if any concerns arise.
